Welcome to EazyDoezIT! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and subscriptions. By signing up, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Services
EazyDoezIT provides subscription-based technical support, including assistance via phone, text, email, and, in some cases, in-person visits. Services cover a wide range of consumer technology, such as phones, computers, WiFi, apps, and TV.
We do not guarantee that every issue can be resolved, but we promise to provide our best effort, patient assistance, and clear explanations.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Plans: We offer both monthly and yearly subscription options.
Billing: Payments are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds. Monthly plans are non-refundable once billed. Yearly subscriptions canceled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Squarespace). We do not store your payment details.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Monthly Plans: Service continues until the end of the billing cycle.
Yearly Plans: If canceled, service continues until the end of the prepaid period (unless within refund window stated above).
Cancellations can be made by logging into your account or contacting us directly at itdoneeasy@gmail.com.
4. Use of Services
By using EazyDoezIT services, you agree to:
Provide accurate information when signing up.
Not use our services for unlawful purposes.
Respect that our support is for personal and household technology, not for enterprise-level IT systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to resolve your tech issues, EazyDoezIT is not responsible for:
Data loss, hardware damage, or software corruption.
Third-party services, devices, or apps beyond our control.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription during the billing cycle in which the issue occurred.
7. Service Availability
Most of our support is provided remotely (phone, text, email). In-person support is currently available only in the Inland Empire region of Southern California. We may expand mobile service coverage in the future.
We strive for consistent service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to factors such as maintenance, outages, or issues beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, branding, and materials are the property of EazyDoezIT and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify subscribers via email or post an update on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
